- When an instructor is available for Private Lessons
- What times Youth Riding Clubs & Group Lessons are offered
- Availability for all Camps, Clubs, and Private Lessons
- All prices are listed & viewable in your online account
- Since the system is available 24/7, availability is constantly changing, so checkout the online calendar today!
CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT
***You’ll sign your liability release & permission forms electronically at the beginning of your account creation. Any time this needs to be re-approved the system will ask you!
How do I schedule?
CLICK on the COLOR BLOCKS according to the description above for the type of lesson you are looking for!
There are several ways to sign up for lessons. The easiest way is to stay on the homepage and look at one day at a time. Change the date to the day you’d like your lesson.
*Don’t Forget to change the calendar date when looking for the lessons you want!
I’m logged in to my account… What do the colors mean?
Red=the instructor is booked.
Blue=the instructor is available for private lessons. The blue rectangles are 15min increments; Click on the blue square you would like to start your lesson at and a list of PRIVATE LESSON options will show according to what that instructor is available to teach. *New Rider Assessments will only show as an option if there is 1 hour available.
*We do not have any lessons that are 15min or 30mins so nothing will show if there is only one or two blue squares…
Green=the instructor is reserved for an ongoing, auto-billing client. The instructor is not available.
Orange= group lesson, or club session, or summer camp.
If there is availability it will say “ENROLL NOW”.
If the Camp/Class is full it will say “JOIN WAITLIST”.
CREDITS/VOUCHERS/GIFT CERTIFICATES
First: create your account!
Second: email a screenshot of your voucher number! *Your credit will not show until we know your account is created and we can get in to validate and apply your credit!
Third: choose your dates and checkout!
PACKAGES
If wish to take advantage of a discount by purchasing multiple lessons for one calendar month you can choose a package!
First purchase the package and then choose your dates & checkout with your package credits. If you do not choose your dates you will not be scheduled for any lessons.
SCHEDULING TIME LIMITS & CANCELLATIONS
You have the ability to cancel and reschedule your lessons as long as you do so before the required 48hr deadline! 🙂
Cancelling will not return money to your card. It will put a balance or package credits on your account to use as you re-book another time.
The online system requires you to book lessons more than 48hrs ahead. So this means you can book on the second day after today online. To secure any lessons for days in this window you must call or email the office to see if they are still available!
Example: If today is Sunday; you cannot book lessons on Sunday (today), or Monday(day1), but you can book on lessons on Tuesday (day 2)
You are required to wear a Certified Horseback Riding Helmet and Boots with a flat sole and 1″ heel (no tennis shoes or hiking boots)
We have these items for rent and for purchase in our office. Email today so we can set your sizes aside before you arrive!
